Green coffee is rich in chlorogenic acid and polymeric phenols, which are among the strongest antioxidants . Green coffee extract in capsules has more pronounced effects than drinking green coffee

• Chromium is an important trace element that contributes to the normal metabolism of nutrients from food and the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.
• Vitamin C  contributes to the normal function of the immune system , to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, and to the normal formation of collagen. It also  contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress  and increases the absorption of iron.

Usage

Take 2 to 3 capsules a day, washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid.
