- Swallow the hard capsule whole with plenty of liquid before meals.

1 hard capsule contains the following active ingredients:
glutamine 30 mg, (RS)-2-amino-3-(phosphonooxy) propanoic acid (DL-phosphonoserin) 30 mg, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 200 µg.
