Bovine collagen powder has a neutral taste and dissolves very well in water.
Collagen ranks among the most abundant proteins in our body. It is found in muscles, bones, skin, blood vessels, digestive system and tendons. Usage
10 – 20 g per day (2-4 spoons). Mix 2 tablespoons of collagen in 200-300 ml of water or another beverage (hot or cold) and drink.
TIP: The powder can also be sprinkled into yogurt, smoothies, porridge, soup or sauce.
