Gelatin capsules containing oil from fish living in Arctic waters.

The oil is a rich source of essential omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, especially eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). A beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. The simultaneous intake of antioxidants, for example vitamin E, is suitable.
