The dietary supplement contains vitamins and minerals that have a beneficial effect on hair, nails and skin.

The product is suitable for replenishing the missing vitamins and minerals (magnesium, zinc, Silicon, vitamin B5, B6, Biotin) and sulfur amino acids (methionine and cysteine). These substances help to provide complex nutrition of hair and nails from the inside of the organism, thereby favorably affecting their growth and quality.

• Magnesium affects the synthesis of proteins of the skin and hair, and together with calcium is involved in the process of division and specialization of cells (when consuming 2 tablets of Capimin).

Usage
