Cemio Kamzík is a food supplement in the form of capsules.

Cemio Kamzík is a top joint preparation that is the only one in the Czech Republic that contains a combination of 2 types of collagen (natural collagen NCI and natural collagen NCII) and vitamin C for joints, ligaments, tendons and joint cartilage. It represents a unique combination of pure nature and top technology.

Cemio Kamzík contains collagens with the NC trademark, which indicates top-quality, so-called non- denatured collagen in its natural triple helix form. This sets it apart from all other collagen preparations on the market. It is manufactured in Switzerland in a renowned pharmaceutical factory, which has a highly gentle method for processing native collagen into the final form of capsules.

• Type I collagen – is present in tendons, ligaments and bones, where it forms relatively strong fibers. These are further combined into bulky fibrous bundles (rope principle) because the ligaments and tendons have to withstand strong pressure. Type I collagen is the most common type of collagen. It also occurs in the skin.
• Type II collagen – most commonly found in cartilage. Here, on the contrary, it creates dense spatial networks of very thin fibers, because the cartilage is mainly stressed by pressure in all directions. Type II collagen holds cartilage together and provides strength and durability.
• Vitamin C – plays a key role in the formation of collagen in the body. We need it to create the proper functional structure of collagen fibers. It therefore has a fundamental influence on the quality and strength of joint cartilage.
