However, vitamin D3 can only fulfill some important tasks in a balanced environment: Vitamin K2 supplements the positive effects of vitamin D3.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and controls calcium utilization by contributing to increased formation of the proteins that are essential for bone formation.

Vitamin K is necessary as a so-called “cofactor” for the activation of these proteins involved in bone formation.

Vitamins D and K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

The combination of vitamin D3 with vitamin K in one preparation makes sense with regard to nutritional physiology.

Usage

Consume 1 capsule per day at any meal with a little water. Taking it with an oil- or fat-containing meal can have a positive effect on absorption.

Composition

Filler microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agent stearic acid, thickener gum arabic, sucrose, anti-caking agent stearic acid, starch, dye titanium dioxide, vegetable oil (coconut and palm in variable proportions by weight), dye titanium dioxide, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, vitamin K2 (menaquinone), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), antioxidant alpha-tocopherol.
