Fytofem PMS is a dietary supplement for women in the form of capsules containing drmek, kontryhel, vitamin E and evening primrose oil.

Fenugreek (Vitex agnus castus) is a plant that promotes menstrual comfort, cognitive function and acts as an antioxidant. Phytofem PMS contains a very high quality 10:1 alcohol extract.

Evening primrose supports metabolic functions, menstrual comfort and contributes to the normal condition of the skin. The main component of evening primrose oil is gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).

Kontryhel common (Alchemilla vulgaris) favorably affects (pre) menstrual comfort, helps the normal state of joints, muscles and refreshes the body. Kontryhel offers a wide range of natural flavonoids. Phytofem PMS contains a quality 10:1 Spirit extract with a high content of preserved natural substances.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Usage

The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day. The last week of the menstrual cycle (that is, before bleeding), you can strengthen the effect by increasing the dose to 2 capsules per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening).

Composition

DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, evening primrose oil-powder, extract of the fruit of the dogrose (Vitex agnus-castus), extract of the motherwort (Alchemilla vulgaris), anti-caking agent magnesium stearate. Capsule shell: gelatin.

Warnings

It is not prescribed for children (in girls it can be administered from the beginning of menstruation), pregnant and lactating women.
