Dual means it contains both strains that function both in the gut (B. longum BB536 and L. acidophilus LA-14), so special vaginal strain (L. rhamnosus DSM 14870).

Composition
Ingredients: Bifidobacterium longum (BB536), Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA-14), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (PB01), prebiotics FOS (fructooligosaccharides)
The other ingredients are glucose anhydrous, lactitol monohydrate, maize starch, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide and magnesium stearate.
Usage
Take 1 capsule per day (for a stronger effect 2 capsules per day), ideally with or after a meal.
If taken simultaneously with antibiotics, leave a two-hour gap between them. The minimum duration of use is 7 days, the most beneficial for long-term satisfaction is repeated use-e.g. 6 times a year.
