Kinedryl is used without a doctor’s recommendation to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting when traveling by means of transport (car, train, plane, ship). On the recommendation of a doctor, the product can also be used for nausea and dizziness of various origins (Meniere’s disease). It is also used in the treatment of nausea caused by a disorder of the vestibular apparatus (equilibrium apparatus).
Usage
Adult
1 tablet 60 minutes before the start of the trip.
With prolonged travel, it is enough to take 1/2 to 1 tablet at an interval of 2 to 3 hours. In the therapy of acute motion sickness, 2 tablets are taken at a time, with insufficient effect, then at intervals of 30 minutes 1/2 to 1 tablet to a maximum of 4 tablets.
With sudden vomiting, it is more expedient to take the initial dose of 2 tablets not at once, but divided into 4 doses with an interval of several minutes.
Children from 2 years and adolescents up to 15 years
Children aged 2-6 years are given 1/4 tablet.
Children aged 6-15 years are given 1/4 – 1/2 tablets.
The first dose is taken 60 minutes before the start of the trip, with prolonged travel, the administration can be repeated twice at an interval of 2-3 hours.
Composition
The active substances are moxastini teoclas and coffenium anhydricum.
Each tablet contains 25 mg moxastini teoclas and 30 mg coffenium anhydrous.
The other ingredients are lactose monohydrate, maize starch, talc and calcium stearate.
