Food supplement containing psyllium , inulin , 5 strains of live cultures and digestive enzymes , which  have a beneficial effect on the normal function of the digestive tract and intestines.
- Psyllium contributes to the maintenance of normal bowel movements.

- Mint contributes to the normal functioning of the digestive system and intestines, is an antioxidant, supports the normal function of the upper respiratory tract
Usage
Take preferably 10 minutes before a meal.
Adults : take 4-8 capsules once or twice a day. Drink with water or fruit juice (200-300 ml). We recommend starting with a lower dose and gradually increasing according to individual needs (maximum 8 capsules twice a day).
Children : 2 – 5 capsules once or twice a day, with water or fruit juice (100-200 ml). Parents should consult a doctor before giving Lepicol to children under 12 years of age.
Pregnant women : Lepicol plus+ is also suitable for pregnant women, but, as with other food supplements, we recommend consulting a doctor.
Composition
- Psyllium seed (Plantago ovata forsk), inulin, digestive enzymes (protease, betaine HCL), ginger root, papain, peppermint leaves, fennel seed, bromelain, live cultures (see below).
- Each 5 capsules contains 2.7 g of fiber. Weight of contents of one capsule: 700 mg. Live cultures: Lactobacillus rhamnosus PXN 54, Bifidobacterium bifidum PXN 23, Lactobacillus acidophilus PXN 35, Lactobacillus plantarum PXN 47, Lactobacillus bulgaricus PXN 39.
- Amount of live cultures : 2 billion CFU in 10 grams, which corresponds to 750 million CFU in 5 capsules. Confirmed by the analyzes of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and the Society for Probiotics and Prebiotics.
- Allergens : contains trace amounts of soy and milk, as these ingredients are used in the culture medium of probiotics. There are traces of milk in an amount that will not affect people with lactose intolerance.
