LIVOSTIN eye drops are used to quickly and long-term relieve eye problems, such as itchy nose, redness of the eyes, swelling of the eyelids and excessive tearing, which are caused by allergies (hypersensitivity) to grasses, pollen, mold, dust and other substances.
It is indicated for the treatment of adults and children from 6 years of age.

Usage

The usual recommended dosage is one drop twice a day in both eyes for adults and children from 6 years of age. If the discomfort is very unpleasant, you can instill one drop three or four times a day. Treatment can be continued until the problem improves, but if there is no significant improvement or resolution of the problem within a week, you should consult your doctor about continuing to use the medicine. In the treatment of year-round allergic complaints, the product can be used, in case of good effect, even for several months.

Composition

The active substance is levocabastine as levocabastine hydrochloride. Each millilitre of suspension contains 0.5 milligrams of levocabastine (as levocabastine hydrochloride 0.54 mg). The other ingredients are propylene glycol, disodium phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate, hypromellose 2910, polysorbate 80, disodium edetate dihydrate, benzalkonium chloride solution and water for injections.

The product is not intended for children under 6 years of age.
