Areas of application: Magnesium deficiency if it is the cause of muscle activity disorders (neuromuscular disorders, calf cramps).
Usage
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is: 2 tablets 3 times a day for a week to replenish the stores (corresponding to 196.8 mg or 8.1 mMol or 16.2 mVal of magnesium). Subsequently, the administration of 2-3 tablets daily is recommended (98.4 mg or 4.05 mMol or 8.1 mVal of magnesium).
