Coenzyme Q 10 is a fat-soluble substance, which is why the product is produced in the form of soft gelatin capsules, where the active substance is suspended in sesame oil. It is a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids. During production, coenzyme Q 10 is used, which is obtained in a natural way, i.e. by fermentation with the help of microorganisms. However, the amount of coenzyme Q 10 in the body decreases proportionally with age, so it is advisable to supply the body with this substance either through diet or supplementary nutrition.

Usage

Adults take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning with food. The capsules are taken whole and washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid.

Sesame oil, gelatin, coenzyme Q 10, coconut oil, humectants glycerol and sorbitol, palm oil, emulsifier soy lecithin and thickener beeswax, dye E172, purified water.

1 capsule contains 60 mg of coenzyme Q 10 and 315 mg of sesame oil.
