The carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin are found in high abundance in the central region of the retina, which is responsible for sharp vision.
The body is unable to synthesize them by itself, therefore a sufficient intake of them in the diet is necessary. With increasing age, their level gradually decreases.
Vitamins C and E form an indispensable part of the antioxidant system and, together with the trace elements zinc and selenium, contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Zinc is needed to maintain good vision and contributes to the normal metabolism of vitamin A.

Composition
Vitamin C 60 mg, vitamin E 8,8 mg, Lutein 6 mg, zinek 5 mg, zeaxanthin 0,5 mg, selen 20 µg in one tablet.
