Pharmatex cream, 72

Pharmatex vaginal cream is intended for local contraception. This contraceptive method significantly reduces the risk of becoming pregnant, but does not exclude it completely: the effectiveness of the method increases with proper adherence to the instructions for use.

The product does not contain hormones.

Usage

Always use this product exactly as described in the package leaflet or as instructed by your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice if you are not sure. Use Pharmatex vaginal cream systematically before each intercourse, regardless of the phase of the menstrual cycle:

• Attach the applicator to the tube with the cream and fill it to the mark. Fill it carefully so that air bubbles do not form in the cartridge. A single dose of the drug is approximately 4.5 g.
• Remove the applicator from the cream tube, insert it as deep as possible into the vagina and slowly squeeze the applicator piston to squeeze the cream into the vagina. Then remove the applicator. It is easier to apply the cream by lying down.

Composition

The active substance is benzalkonium chloride 500 g / l 2.40 g (EQ. benzalkonium chloride 1,20 g) in 100 g vaginal cream.

The auxiliary substances are citric acid anhydrous, macrogol palmitostearate, lavender essential oil, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, purified water.
