Usage

Adults take 1.5–3 tablets 2 times a day or 1–2 tablets 3 times a day, regardless of meals.

Do not take more than 6 tablets per day.

If you do not feel better within 4 weeks or if you feel heaviness, you should contact your doctor.

Do not take the product for more than 8 weeks without consulting a doctor.
