Vitamin C 1000, 50

Vitamin C 1000 film-coated tablets.

Areas of application: to prevent vitamin C deficiency when adequate intake through diet is not ensured and to treat vitamin C deficiency diseases.

Usage

Prevention: Adults receive 50 – 200 mg of ascorbic acid per day. A maximum of 1/2 film-coated tablet of Vitamin C 1000 every 2nd or 3rd day is recommended.

Therapy: Adults receive 200 – 1000 mg ascorbic acid per day until the symptoms subside. 1/2 – 1 film-coated tablet of Vitamin C 1000 per day is recommended.

+ Cellulose, microcrystalline
+ Magnesium stearate
+ corn starch
+ Lactose-1 water
+ talc
+ hypromellose
+ crospovidone
+ titanium dioxide
+ Iron(III) oxide hydrate, yellow
+ stearic acid (vegetable)
