Usage

We recommend using the product long-term. You can take 3 capsules once a day, or 1 capsule 3 times a day. We recommend drinking a sufficient amount of water, at least 200 ml. We recommend using the product long-term. To preserve enzyme activity, we recommend taking Wobecare Enzym at least 45 minutes before a meal and at least 2 hours after the last meal.

Composition

Rutin Trihydrate, Bromelain, Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose), Capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Pectin, Glycerol), Trypsin, Antioxidant (L-Ascorbyl Palmitate), Medium Chain Triglycerides.

Content in a daily dose of 3 capsules : Bromelain 450 mg (2700 FIP* units), Trypsin 216 mg (8640 FIP* units), Rutin trihydrate (source of rutin) 600 mg. *FIP is a measure of enzymatic activity according to the International Pharmaceutical Federation.
