These foods are rich in B vitamins and nicotinic acid, which are especially necessary for the proper functioning of neurons.
  • And in order to restore and calm the shattered nervous system, a calm, deep and serene sleep is necessary. Scientists say that you need to sleep at least 8 hours, but still this is an average figure and everything is individual. You should devote as much time to sleep as your body needs. One needs 6 hours, and the other needs at least 10.

And yet the nervous system will not approve if you start testing it for strength. The vessels of the brain are quite fragile and suffer first with a concussion. At the site of the injury, the blood supply is disrupted, hemorrhages appear. The consequences are the saddest: paralysis, mental disorders, even death.
