Usage
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day – 1 capsule before breakfast on an empty stomach approx. 30 minutes and another capsule at least 8 hours apart. About 30 minutes before sports activity on an empty stomach. Always drink a glass of water. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians
Composition
Coleus Forskohlii root extract 10% forskolin 250 mg, Garcinia cambogia (Garcinia cambogia) fruit extract 50% hydroxycitric acid 150 mg, Caffeine 120 mg, Black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract 95% piperine 10 mg. Anti-caking agent : magnesium salts of fatty acids.
The capsule shell contains hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and the dye titanium dioxide.
