Lepicol, 180 g

Lepicol is a multi-fiber preparation containing fine psyllium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bowel movements, and inulin, i.e. prebiotic fiber. These two ingredients can help you meet your recommended daily intake of fiber.

The third key ingredient is 5 strains of live cultures that naturally occur in the digestive system of a healthy person.

Usage

• Best taken 30 minutes before a meal
• Shake the can before use.

Adults:  Mix 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 g) in a small amount of water or fruit juice (about 100 ml) once or twice a day and drink immediately. Drink more water or fruit juice (about 200 ml). We recommend starting with a lower dose and gradually increasing according to individual needs (maximum 10 g twice a day).

Children:  Mix ½-1 teaspoon (2.5-5 g) in a small amount of water or fruit juice (about 100 ml) once or twice a day and give the child to drink immediately. Parents should consult a doctor before administering Lepicol to children under 12 years of age.

Pregnant women:  Lepicol is also suitable for pregnant women, but, as with other dietary supplements, we recommend consulting a doctor.

Composition

Psyllium – original fiber from Indian plantain in the highest attainable purity of 98%.

Probiotics – Acidophilic Lactobacilli and Bifid Bacteria, friendly bacteria important for our intestines.

Prebiotics – Fructo-oligosaccharose (inulin), helps the intestinal microflora and supports the reproduction of bifidobacteria.

Lepicol is a gluten-free, phytate-free product, and does not contain substances of cereal or dairy origin. It is also suitable for vegans and diabetics.
